Across the last 15 years I have worked as a dramatherapist, clinical supervisor, workshop facilitator, mentor and teacher – the common thread being the forming and sustaining of meaningful relationships that facilitate learning, healing and growth for individuals, families and organisations.

My clinical practice is based in Stroud, Gloucestershire and centres around offerings of individual therapy for adults; adoption support for children, young people and families; and creative clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and allied practitioners.

I offer a soulful creative space, where you can be held, heard and witnessed in all that you are, with all that you bring. Intuitively, morally and ethically I take a person-centred approach that embraces and celebrates the life of the individual and all that they hold within them. I will bring my curiosity, compassion and commitment - working alongside you as supporter, collaborator, witness and guide. I fully welcome your courage to show up for yourself as best you can so that you might wrestle with the questions that are yours to live and allow yourself to be shaped by what truly matters to you.

For me, the potency and potential of this soulful work exists where emergent gifts can be discovered and honoured and where the larger stories waiting to be lived can be explored and embraced. These soulful practices come alive through being in authentic relationship to ourselves and others. They exist in our presence to the mysteries of life and to the truth that resides deep in our hearts.

The real work serves our moving closer to our deepest longings, and to the purpose and meaning within the lives that we are truly here to live.
